General tune up - $40 - Recommended to ensure smooth operation, and for any bike that needs some TLC.
•Adjust brakes to work optimally
•Adjust shifters to work optimally
•Set optimal tire pressure
•Oil chain
•Tighten/align handlebars/seat/wheels if necessary
•Inspect all components to ensure they are in safe riding condition
•Crimp cable ends onto any uncrimped cables
•Spot true wheels if needed
Recommended service interval: 8 months
Extended tune up - $80 - For bikes that get frequent use
•Includes all of General tune up, plus:
•Rear derailleur hanger aligned
•Front derailleur aligned
•Wheels trued on professional truing stand
•All bearings checked for wear and play, adjusted if needed
•Lubricate dry fasteners to prevent creaking and corrosion
Recommended service interval: 12 months
Full tune up - $150 - Recommended annually for bikes with many
kilometers ridden/year
For bikes you want to last a long time, it's important to refresh the grease in the bearings. Over time, grease will degrade or get washed out, and bearings will start to wear down the surface they touch. Replacing the grease prevents this and allows maximum life of the parts.
•Includes all of Extended tune up, plus:
•Wheel hub bearings removed, cleaned or replaced, repacked with grease
•Drivetrain removed, degreased and fully cleaned, reinstalled and lubricated
•Frame and wheels cleaned thoroughly
•Cables serviced or replaced
Cost does not include new cables or bearings
Recommended service interval: 24 months for average rider, 12 months for avid rider, and 6 months if ridden in harsh weather conditions frequently.
Complete Overhaul - $250 - To make your bicycle new again
Bike disassembled down to the frame, every part cleaned thoroughly and inspected, drivetrain degreased and washed, every bearing serviced or replaced.
•Includes all of Full tune up, plus:
•Bike stripped down to the bare frame
•All parts thoroughly washed
•Drivetrain degreased and fully cleaned, reinstalled and lubricated
•All bearings serviced, cleaned and repacked or replaced.
•Brake pads replaced
•Cables replaced if needed
Cost does not include parts, or shock/fork service.
Recommended service interval: 24 months for avid rider, 12 months if in wet/dusty conditions occasionally, and 6 months if ridden in harsh weather conditions frequently.
Individual services:
•Wheels
•Change inner tube or tire $10 (Cost of tube or tire would also apply)
•Replace broken spoke $20(+$2.50 per additional spoke)
•True wheel $15-$25
•Build new wheel $75 + cost of spokes(requires hub, and rim. Spoke lengths can be calculated)
•Replace axle $25 + cost of axle (usually $15)

•Adjustment of bearing $5-10 per bearing adjusted (wheel bearings, bottom bracket bearings and headset bearings)
Bearing service includes cleaning or replacing of ball bearings, re greasing and replacement.

•Adjust shifters to be working optimally $10.00 per derailleur adjusted (adjust cable tension, lubricate if needed, adjust limit screws)

•Replace shift cable $20 (includes cable and installation - requires brake adjustment)
•Replace brake cable $15 (includes cable and installation - requires brake adjustment)
•Replace brake cable noodle $5 (includes noodle and installation - requires brake adjustment)
•Replace brake cable inner cable only $5 (includes inner cable and installation - requires brake adjustment)
•Replace brake pads (v brakes) $15/set(incl 2 pads and installation)
•Replace brake pads (disc brakes) $20/set(incl 2 pads and installation)
•Bleed brakes (hydraulic brakes) $25-$45/brake (depending on make/model of brakes)

•Fork/shock service $50+ (depends on service required)

•Welding can be performed to fix damaged metal in some cases. $50 minimum
Terms and conditions
Warranty info: All services and part installations come with a 3-month service warranty. If our work wasn't satisfactory, we will service again or give your money back.
Wear-related problems such as tire punctures or brake pads glazing would not be covered under warranty.
Unless otherwise specified, bicycles left "ready for pickup" after completion may be subject to additional storage fees if they are not picked up within two weeks.
