  • All bearings checked for wear and play, adjusted if needed.

• Lubrication and cleaning
  • Chain is lubricated with either Dry or Wet lubricant depending on your needs.
  • Seat posts get greased to prevent seizing from corrosion.
  • Fasteners get greased to prevent rust and seizing.
  • Frame, wheels and cables cleaned thoroughly.

• Electrical system protection
  • Inspect wiring harness for corrosion, pinched wires, broken zip ties, abrasions on wires, etc.
  • Waterproof electric connections and prevent corrosion with dielectric grease.

• Motor and safety check
  • Motor mounts and axle nuts torqued to spec.
  • Brake sensor cut-off tested.
  • Error code scan performed. 

• Brake performance
  • Inspect brake pads, rotors(or rims) for wear and warping..

• Full bike wash
  • Frame wheels and components cleaned with the safety of the electronics in mind.(Deep drivetrain degreassing not included)

• Standard Maintenance
  • Adjust brakes and shifters to work optimally.
  • Inspect chain and sprockets for wear, and adjust derailleurs to work optimally.

• Inflate tires to specified pressure.

• Wheels trued on the bike

• All bearings checked for wear and play, adjusted
